Return & Refund Policy

We take pride in our craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. However, if you’re not completely happy with your purchase:

1. Return Eligibility:
   • Custom printed and framed items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
   • Ready-made frames may be returned within 7 days of delivery in original condition.
2. Damage Claims:
   Report any damages within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will provide a replacement or refund.
3. Refund Process:
   Approved refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
   Replacement should be raised within 24 hours and the replaced product will be delivered within 5-7  days
4. Return Shipping:
   The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrect or damaged.
